Urban Glow HomeShield™ is an ultrasonic pest-repelling device intended to help discourage pest activity. Results may vary depending on room layout, building materials, pest type, infestation severity, placement, and surrounding conditions. Ultrasonic waves do not pass effectively through walls, so one device per room is generally recommended.

The product is not a substitute for professional pest-control treatment in cases of serious or persistent infestation. Customers must follow the supplied operating and safety instructions.

We reserve the right to modify product information, packaging, specifications, or availability without notice, provided such changes do not materially affect orders already accepted.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices on our website are displayed in United States dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

HomeShield™ must be used only as directed and with a compatible indoor electrical outlet.

Do not use a damaged device or outlet. Keep the product away from water, excessive moisture, open flames, and extreme heat. Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair the device.

Although ultrasonic pest repellers are designed for household use, customers who keep pet rodents or other animals that may be sensitive to ultrasonic frequencies should consult an appropriate veterinary professional before use.

Urban Glow is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, incompatible electrical systems, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

  1. WEBSITE ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to update or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.
